Liveaboard Indonesia Safari Journeye

Alexa Private Cruise

Build exclusively for two people, Alexa private cruise is second to none with only one cabin that makes it perfect for couples wanting the utmost privacy in their sailing journey. The 31-meter long boat is decorated in all-white elements on both its interior and exterior with a subtle touch of blue, creating a romantic space for a couple of escapades in the sea. The customized dining experience will wow you at every meal; you will see how the chefs transform the locally sourced fresh ingredients into a five-star dish on the table.

Unlike any other Indonesia liveaboard boats, Alexa offers daily spa massage on board or on any secluded beach. The boat sails to virtually every renowned destination in Indonesia, such as Komodo, Raja Ampat, Alor, and Sumbawa. It lets you customize the trip and, if you have other specific destinations in mind, all you need to do is just ask. There’s no other Raja Ampat liveaboard better for a honeymoon to the remotest place in Indonesia.

Our favorite: Waking up to the wrap-around window to enjoy the scenery first time in the morning and, after a day of exploration, lie back on the deck at night to see the stars.

Aliikai Voyage

Embodying the epitome of aesthetic life at the sea is the Aliikai Voyage, built in a gorgeous design with abundant living space. The seven cabins lodged in the luxury boat accommodate up to 15 passengers which makes it ideal for family or group travel.

Made for an all-inclusive adventure, Aliikai has diving activities listed in the itinerary as well as the diving equipment included in their rate. That means you don’t pay more to explore the great marine biodiversity in many of the liveaboard’s destinations. Speaking of destination, Aliikai sails to Komodo, Raja Ampat, Banda, and Alor.

Our favorite: Enjoy the golden hours at the front teak deck or the alfresco dining area. When the night falls, be sure to grab a blanket, some fluffy pillows, and your favorite snack as the crew transforms the sundeck into an outdoor cinema.

Aqua Blu

Among the most luxurious yacht that sails in Indonesian water is Aqua Blue, a reworked masterpiece from a previously Naval Ship. The Aqua blue can impress anyone with its grandeur and sailing in this yacht feels more like staying in a resort rather than a boat.

The redesigned yacht displays a contemporary decor with a naval touch that pays tribute to its unique marine heritage. The impressive 60-meter long boat boasts 15 cabins, spread into 4 decks, that can accommodate up to 30 passengers. Family travel is made easy with connecting cabins, while those who want the luxury to wake up with a view can take the master cabin on the upper deck. The various living areas give plenty of options on where you should spend a lazy afternoon; whether it is lounging in the salon, sipping some cocktail while enjoying the passing scenery in the sky lounge bar, or taking a light bite at the indoor dining, or getting pampered at the spa. There might be an exclusive open trip to Raja Ampat with Aqua Blu, so keep your eyes peeled for the announcement.

Our favorite: The jacuzzi in the bridge deck is perfect soothe some muscles after exploration. Don’t forget to sign up for some water sports adventures as the ship is equipped with kayak, snorkel, and dive equipment, as well as a standing paddle that is great for some adventures in remote water.

Lonestar

While most Komodo liveaboard boats followed the phinisi tradition, the Lonestar took the shape of a catamaran, designed for speed and comfort. It might look smaller compared to other phinisi yachts, but inside the Lonestar is a very spacious area featuring a comfortable sofa, stools, and a library to spend your time comfortably during the seafaring journey. The tow hulls fit 6 cabins, each fitted with an ensuite bathroom and air conditioning.

Our favorite: The shape of the catamaran allows plenty of space for relaxation. We love the vast sundeck at the bow, with a large sunbed and large sailing nets where you can lie back and watch the light dance off the blue sea.

Magia II

A gorgeous blend of white, teakwood, and blue, it’s hard to find an Indonesia liveaboard as gorgeous as the Magia II, made for a magical journey to remote islands in the Indonesian archipelago. She sails to Komodo National Park, Raja Ampat, and the Banda Islands. Inspired by the 1960s, the wooden yacht is dominated by natural teakwood with a brilliant touch of white and blue, mimicking the great nature and the seas.

With only four cabins in the 25 m long boat, Magia II provides a close intimacy for small group sailing. All cabins provide ample spaces with AC, hot pressured showers, toiletries, and everything that you expect in a 5-star hotel room. The Master Cabin is a league on its own with a private open balcony and a Jacuzzi, where you can soak in a hot tub with a glass of sparkling wine as you gaze at the sea. A rare feature for luxury liveaboard indeed!

Our favorite: If you are into adrenaline sports, the Magia II’s motorized underwater scooter is a must! It allows you to a fun free diving. When the boat park at secluded water, take a kayak or paddle board and enjoy a serene morning in the calm water.
